
Commercial Auto Claims Representative β Pre-Suit Bodily Injury

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assess and resolve all elements of first- and third-party commercial auto claims.
β’ Oversee commercial automobile claim loss investigations and adjustments from a remote office environment.
β’ Investigate bodily injury/uninsured motorist/underinsured motorist losses utilizing Independent Adjusters and various internal/external resources.
β’ Identify coverage concerns and conduct coverage analysis.
β’ Evaluate and assess injuries and damages.
β’ Manage moderate to severe injury claims, encompassing soft-tissue injuries, fractures, disc herniations, joint dislocations, short-term hospitalizations, and outpatient surgeries.
β’ Handle claims involving attorney-represented claimants.
β’ Analyze and address Time Limited Policy Demands.
β’ Collaborate with physicians, therapists, attorneys, accountants, medical billing audit firms, accident reconstruction specialists, biomechanical engineers, and forensic accountants.
β’ Maintain claim files in accordance with established best claim practice guidelines.
β’ A minimum of 3 yearsβ experience in managing bodily injury claims.
β’ A bachelor's degree is required for candidates with less than 5 years of relevant adjusting experience.
β’ Strong understanding of auto claims adjusting practices.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Proficient letter writing skills.
β’ Strong organizational and computer proficiency.
β’ Excellent time management skills with the capacity to prioritize effectively.
β’ Ability to shift focus quickly when necessary.
β’ Capability to multi-task as required.
β’ Self-motivated individual who works autonomously with minimal to moderate supervision.
β’ Strong capability to comprehend and review policy documentation.
β’ Ability to create robust action plans to resolve claims.
β’ Proficient in presenting files effectively in group settings.
β’ Must obtain and maintain all necessary state licenses.
