Commercial Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain comprehensive architectural models and documentation utilizing Revit.

• Assist in the creation of construction documents, which include drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details.

• Convert design concepts into precise and executable architectural documentation.

• Engage in high-end commercial projects across various design and documentation phases.

• Coordinate architectural details with other disciplines and project teams.

• Examine drawings and models to detect inconsistencies, errors, and coordination challenges.

• Integrate design modifications and client feedback into drawings and models.

• Keep project files organized and accurate in accordance with studio standards.

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams based in the U.S.

• Utilize additional design and documentation software as necessary for the project.

• Adhere to project timelines, documentation standards, and quality expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent professional training.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in architecture.

• More than 4 years of direct experience with U.S.-based architecture firms.

• Required previous experience on high-end commercial or retail projects in the United States.

• Proficient in Revit, especially for architectural production and documentation.

• Solid understanding of architectural drawings, construction documentation, and design development.

• Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines.

• Keen attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality documentation.

• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Availability to collaborate with a U.S.-based team and align with their schedule.

• Familiarity with BIM and cloud-based collaboration platforms, such as BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud.

• Residing in Latin America and able to work remotely.
