This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Appropriately engage in valuation assignments

• Define the scope of work and select suitable valuation approaches and methodologies

• Execute commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects

• Gather data and perform market research

• Analyze complex scenarios for highest and best use

• Evaluate revenue and expense performance

• Create cash flow projections utilizing discounted cash flow models

• Examine comparable sales

• Conduct thorough cost analyses and make market comparisons to form opinions of value

• Mentor less experienced professionals

• Generate new business opportunities and manage client relationships

• Deliver commercial real estate valuation services, encompassing appraisal reports, market studies, feasibility analyses, and strategic consulting

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory

• Certified General Appraiser license is required

• MAI designation candidate is an advantage

• 2–5 years of experience in appraising commercial real estate

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, and PowerPoint

• Familiarity with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL is a plus

• Advanced analytical and quantitative abilities

• Capability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret intricate documents

• Proficient in solving complex and multifaceted problems

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
