📋 Description

• Appropriately engage in valuation assignments.

• Identify the scope of work and establish suitable approaches and methodologies for property valuation.

• Complete assignments related to commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects.

• Gather data and perform market research.

• Analyze complex scenarios for highest and best use.

• Evaluate revenue and expense performance.

• Develop cash flows utilizing discounted cash flow models.

• Analyze comparable sales data.

• Conduct thorough cost analyses.

• Make market comparisons to formulate value opinions.

• Provide mentorship to junior professionals.

• Cultivate new business opportunities and manage client relationships.

• Deliver comprehensive commercial real estate valuation services, including traditional appraisal reports, market studies, feasibility analyses, and strategic consulting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• Certified General Appraiser license.

• 2-5 years of experience in appraising commercial real estate.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint).

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

• A desire to work collaboratively in a team setting and proactively address problems.
