This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and dedicated, embedded Business Intelligence support for the designated division.
• Maintain consistent communication and collaborate closely with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads regarding sales, performance-to-plan, and overall results.
• Provide execution-driven insights and thought leadership to sales management.
• Highlight sales and program outcomes, risks, and opportunities to foster performance-to-plan discussions and guide actions.
• Oversee opportunity analysis, including identifying targeted accounts and subsets, conducting distribution gap assessments, evaluating display execution and effectiveness, and exploring key/BTG account opportunities.
• Recognize and convey market-level implications of Strategic Account programming, along with distribution successes and failures.
• Create market-specific tools and offer real-time support and training for field teams utilizing data in sales situations.
• Provide responsive ad-hoc analytics support and conduct division-level deep dives for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales presentations.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the wider BI team on Power BI reporting, tool development, and solution-oriented strategies.
• Assist in planning, program tracking, ROI evaluations, launch/reset execution, and organizing distributor and retail Top-to-Top meetings.
• Spot opportunities to enhance analytics processes or tools in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence.
• Support distributor transitions and ERP system modifications while ensuring continuity in reporting.
• Convert complex data sets into executive-level presentations and insight decks for senior leadership.
• Promote a data-driven culture within the division.
• Participate with division sales leaders at significant distributor meetings to comprehend and tackle business challenges.
• Carry out additional related tasks as necessary.
• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights is required.
• Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry is essential.
• Proficient understanding of Power BI and data modeling concepts is necessary.
• Capability to guide report development and interpret DAX-based analyses.
• Experience in reading, interpreting, and extracting insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data.
• Commercial experience collaborating with various sales levels, from executive to field, to obtain insights tailored for the target audience.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Proven initiative, adaptability, teamwork, maturity under pressure, and the capability to anticipate and resolve issues.
