This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main contact and provide dedicated, embedded Business Intelligence support for the designated division.
• Maintain ongoing communication and collaborate closely with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads regarding sales, performance-to-plan, and outcomes.
• Provide execution-driven insights and strategic guidance to sales leadership.
• Highlight sales and program outcomes, risks, and opportunities to facilitate performance-to-plan discussions and inform subsequent actions.
• Lead opportunity assessments, including targeted account identification, distribution gap analysis, display execution and effectiveness, and key/BTG account opportunities.
• Identify and convey market-level effects of Strategic Account programming, distribution successes, and setbacks.
• Create market-specific tools and provide real-time support and training for field teams utilizing data in sales scenarios.
• Offer responsive ad-hoc analytics support and conduct division-level deep dives for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales engagements.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the broader BI team on Power BI reporting, tool creation, and solution-oriented strategies.
• Assist in planning, program tracking and ROI, launch/reset execution, and distributor and retail Top-to-Top meetings.
• Enhance analytics processes and tools in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence.
• Facilitate distributor transitions and ERP system modifications while ensuring consistent reporting.
• Transform complex data sets into executive-level presentations and insight decks.
• Foster a data-driven culture within the division.
• Attend key distributor meetings alongside division sales leaders to comprehend and tackle business challenges.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights is required.
• Experience in the alcohol beverage sector is essential.
• Familiarity with Power BI and data modeling principles is necessary.
• Capability to guide report development and interpret DAX-based analyses.
• Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and extracting insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data.
• Commercial experience collaborating with various sales levels, from executives to field personnel, to generate insights for the intended audience.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, teamwork, composure under pressure, and problem-solving skills.
