This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main liaison and dedicated, embedded Business Intelligence support for the designated division.
• Ensure consistent communication and close partnership with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads regarding sales, performance-to-plan, and outcomes.
• Provide execution-oriented insights and thought leadership to the sales leadership team.
• Conduct opportunity analysis, which includes identifying targeted accounts and subsets, performing distribution gap analysis, evaluating display execution and effectiveness, and recognizing key/BTG account opportunities.
• Identify and relay the market-level implications of Strategic Account programming, as well as distribution successes and failures.
• Create market-specific tools and offer immediate support and training for field teams leveraging data in sales situations.
• Provide timely ad-hoc analytics assistance and in-depth division-level analysis for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales presentations.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the broader BI team on Power BI reporting, tool development, and solution-oriented strategies.
• Assist in planning, program tracking and ROI, launch/reset execution, and Top-to-Top meetings with distributors and retailers.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing analytics processes or tools in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence teams.
• Support distributor transitions and ERP system modifications while ensuring the continuity of reporting.
• Transform complex data sets into executive-level presentations and insight decks for senior leadership.
• Promote a data-driven culture within the division.
• Participate with division sales leaders in crucial distributor meetings to comprehend and tackle business challenges.
• Execute additional related duties as needed.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights is necessary.
• Experience in the alcohol beverage industry is mandatory.
• Proficient knowledge of Power BI and data modeling concepts is essential.
• Ability to guide report development and interpret analyses based on DAX.
• Experience in reading, interpreting, and deriving insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data.
• Commercial experience collaborating with various sales levels, from executives to field personnel, to extract insights tailored for the target audience.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership is essential.
• Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Must demonstrate initiative, flexibility, teamwork, maturity under pressure, and the ability to anticipate and resolve issues.
