This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and provide dedicated, embedded Business Intelligence support for the designated division.
• Maintain daily communication and foster close collaboration with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads regarding sales, performance-to-plan, and outcomes.
• Provide execution-focused insights and thought leadership to highlight sales and program results, as well as identify risks and opportunities.
• Conduct opportunity analysis, which includes identifying targeted accounts and subsets, analyzing distribution gaps, assessing display execution and effectiveness, and pinpointing key/BTG account opportunities.
• Communicate the market-level implications of Strategic Account programming, as well as distribution successes and setbacks.
• Create market-specific tools and provide real-time support and training for field teams utilizing data in sales scenarios.
• Offer timely ad-hoc analytical support and conduct division-level in-depth analyses for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales calls.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the broader BI team on Power BI reporting, tool development, and solution-oriented approaches.
• Assist in planning, program tracking and ROI, launch/reset execution, and distributor and retail Top-to-Top meetings.
• Identify areas to enhance analytics processes and tools in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence.
• Support distributor transitions and ERP system changes while maintaining reporting continuity.
• Transform large, complex data sets into executive-level presentations and insight decks.
• Promote a data-driven culture within the division.
• Attend key distributor meetings with division sales leaders to understand and tackle business challenges.
• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights is required.
• Experience in the alcohol beverage industry is essential.
• Proficiency in Power BI and understanding of data modeling concepts is necessary.
• Ability to guide report development and interpret DAX-based analyses is crucial.
• Experience in reading, interpreting, and extracting insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data.
• Commercial experience working with various sales levels, from executives to field personnel, to derive insights tailored to the targeted audience.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in presenting to senior leadership is required.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
