This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and provide dedicated, embedded Business Intelligence support for the designated division.
• Maintain regular communication and work closely with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads regarding sales, performance against plans, and outcomes.
• Offer execution-driven insights and thought leadership to facilitate discussions on performance and guide actionable steps.
• Conduct opportunity analyses, including the identification of targeted accounts, distribution gap assessments, evaluation of display effectiveness, and exploration of key/BTG account opportunities.
• Identify and relay market-level impacts of Strategic Account programming, distribution successes, and failures.
• Create market-specific tools and provide real-time support and training for field teams in utilizing data during sales situations.
• Offer responsive ad-hoc analytical support and conduct division-level in-depth analyses for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales presentations.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the broader BI team on Power BI reporting, tool creation, and solution-oriented strategies.
• Assist in planning, program monitoring and ROI analysis, execution of launches/resets, and facilitate Top-to-Top meetings with distributors and retailers.
• Identify opportunities to enhance analytics processes or tools in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence.
• Aid in distributor transitions and ERP system changes while ensuring continuity in reporting.
• Convert complex data sets into executive-level presentations and insight decks for senior leadership.
• Foster a data-driven culture within the division.
• Attend key distributor meetings with division sales leaders to comprehend and tackle business challenges.
• Execute additional related duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights is necessary.
• Experience in the alcohol beverage industry is required.
• Proficiency in Power BI and data modeling concepts is essential.
• Ability to guide report development and interpret DAX-based analyses is required.
• Experience in reading, interpreting, and deriving insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data is necessary.
• Commercial experience collaborating with various sales levels, from executives to field personnel, to extract insights for the intended audience.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Experience in presenting to senior leadership is essential.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
