This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and dedicated Business Intelligence resource for the designated division.
• Maintain consistent communication and collaborate closely with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads regarding sales performance, adherence to plans, and outcomes.
• Provide execution-oriented insights and strategic guidance to sales leadership to foster performance discussions and shape actionable strategies.
• Conduct opportunity analyses, including targeted account and subset identification, distribution gap assessments, display execution effectiveness, and key/BTG account opportunities.
• Recognize and relay market-level effects of Strategic Account initiatives, distribution successes, and setbacks.
• Create market-specific resources and offer real-time training and support to enable field teams to leverage data in sales scenarios.
• Provide enhanced, responsive ad-hoc analytical support, including comprehensive division-level reviews for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales engagements.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the broader BI team on Power BI reporting, tool creation, and solution-oriented methods.
• Assist in planning, program monitoring, ROI assessment, launch/reset execution, and distributor and retail Top-to-Top meetings.
• Seek opportunities to enhance analytical processes or tools in coordination with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence teams.
• Support distributor transitions and ERP system updates while maintaining reporting consistency.
• Convert intricate datasets into succinct executive-level presentations and insight reports for senior management.
• Promote a data-driven culture within the division.
• Participate in key distributor meetings with division sales leaders to gain insights and help tackle business challenges.
• Carry out additional related responsibilities as needed.
• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights is required.
• Experience in the alcohol beverage industry is essential.
• Familiarity with Power BI and data modeling principles is necessary.
• Capability to guide report development and interpret DAX-based analyses.
• Experience in reading, interpreting, and extracting insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data.
• Proven commercial experience collaborating with various sales levels, from executives to field personnel, to generate insights tailored to the audience.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a history of presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines.
• Proven initiative, adaptability, teamwork, composure under pressure, and the ability to foresee and resolve issues.
