This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and integrated Business Intelligence support for the designated division.
• Work collaboratively with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads to focus on sales, performance against plan, and overall results.
• Provide insights that are execution-oriented, along with thought leadership, sales and program outcomes, risks, and opportunities to the sales leadership team.
• Lead opportunity analysis, which encompasses targeted account identification, distribution gap analysis, execution effectiveness, and key/BTG account opportunities.
• Recognize and communicate market-level implications arising from Strategic Account programming, as well as distribution successes and challenges.
• Create market-specific resources and deliver training along with real-time support for field teams.
• Offer responsive ad-hoc analytics support and conduct division-level deep dives for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales discussions.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the wider BI team on Power BI reporting, tool development, and strategic solutions.
• Assist in planning, program monitoring and ROI evaluation, launch/reset execution, and distributor as well as retail Top-to-Top meetings.
• Enhance analytics processes and tools in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence.
• Aid in distributor transitions and ERP system modifications while ensuring continuity of reporting.
• Convert complex data sets into executive-level presentations and insight decks.
• Foster a data-driven culture within the division.
• Attend key distributor meetings with division sales leaders to comprehend and tackle business challenges.
• Execute additional related tasks as necessary.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights is required.
• Experience in the alcoholic beverage sector is essential.
• Proficient knowledge of Power BI and data modeling concepts is needed.
• Capability to guide report development and interpret DAX-based analyses.
• Experience in reading, interpreting, and deriving insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data is required.
• Commercial experience collaborating with various sales levels, from executive to field, to extract insights tailored to the target audience.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, teamwork, maturity under pressure, and capability to foresee and resolve issues.
