This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and dedicated Business Intelligence support for the designated division.
• Maintain daily communication and collaborate closely with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads regarding sales, performance-to-plan, and outcomes.
• Provide execution-driven insights and thought leadership to sales leadership.
• Highlight sales and program results, risks, and opportunities to facilitate performance-to-plan discussions and inform actions.
• Lead analysis of division opportunities, including identification of targeted accounts and subsets, distribution gap analysis, display execution and effectiveness, and key/BTG account prospects.
• Identify and convey market-level implications of Strategic Account programming, as well as distribution successes and failures.
• Create market-specific tools and deliver real-time support and training for field teams.
• Provide responsive ad-hoc analytics support and conduct division-level deep dives for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales calls.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the wider BI team on Power BI reporting, tool development, and solution-oriented strategies.
• Assist with planning, program tracking and ROI, launch/reset execution, and distributor and retail Top-to-Top meetings.
• Identify opportunities to enhance analytics processes or tools in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence.
• Support distributor transitions and ERP system modifications while ensuring continuity in reporting.
• Transform complex data sets into executive-level presentations and insight decks for senior management.
• Foster a data-driven culture within the division.
• Attend key distributor meetings with division sales leaders to comprehend and address business challenges.
• Perform additional related responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights is necessary.
• Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry is required.
• Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts.
• Capable of guiding report development and interpreting DAX-based analyses.
• Experienced in reading, interpreting, and extracting insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data.
• Commercial experience working with various sales levels, from executives to field personnel, to derive insights for a targeted audience.
• Strong business acumen is essential.
• Ability to convert complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in presenting to senior leadership is a must.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Proven initiative, flexibility, teamwork, and maturity under pressure, with a knack for anticipating and resolving issues.
