This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and dedicated Business Intelligence support for the designated division.
• Engage daily with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads regarding sales, performance metrics, and results.
• Provide execution-oriented insights and thought leadership to highlight sales and program outcomes, potential risks, and opportunities.
• Drive opportunity analysis, which includes targeted account and subset identification, distribution gap assessments, display execution effectiveness, and key/BTG account opportunities.
• Identify and relay market-level implications of Strategic Account initiatives, distribution successes, and challenges.
• Create market-specific tools and offer real-time training and support for field teams utilizing data in sales scenarios.
• Provide timely ad-hoc analytical support and conduct in-depth analyses for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales calls at the division level.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the broader BI team on Power BI reporting, tool innovation, and solution-oriented strategies.
• Assist in planning, program monitoring and ROI evaluation, launch/reset execution, and distributor and retail Top-to-Top meetings.
• Pinpoint opportunities to enhance analytics processes and tools in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence.
• Support distributor transitions and ERP system updates while ensuring uninterrupted reporting.
• Convert complex data sets into executive-level presentations and insight decks for senior leadership.
• Promote a data-driven culture within the division.
• Accompany division sales leaders at significant distributor meetings to comprehend and tackle business challenges.
• Execute additional related tasks as needed.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is essential.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights is required.
• Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry is mandatory.
• Proficient understanding of Power BI and data modeling principles is necessary.
• Capability to guide report creation and interpret DAX-based analyses.
• Experience in reading, interpreting, and extracting insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data.
• Commercial experience collaborating with various sales levels, from executive to field, to generate insights for targeted audiences.
• Strong business acumen with an ability to convert complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong organizational abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Ability to showcase initiative, adaptability, teamwork, composure under pressure, and to anticipate and solve problems.
