This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and integrated Business Intelligence support for the designated division.
• Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads.
• Provide execution-oriented insights and thought leadership regarding sales, performance-to-plan, and outcomes.
• Highlight sales and program results, risks, and opportunities to sales leadership.
• Conduct opportunity analysis, which includes targeted account identification, distribution gap analysis, display execution and effectiveness, and key/BTG account opportunities.
• Convey market-level implications of Strategic Account programming, as well as distribution successes and failures.
• Create market-specific tools and offer training and real-time support to field teams.
• Provide responsive ad-hoc analytical support and in-depth division-level analyses for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales calls.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the wider BI team on Power BI reporting, tool development, and solution-oriented approaches.
• Assist in planning, program tracking and ROI, launch/reset execution, and distributor and retail Top-to-Top meetings.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing analytics processes and tools in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence.
• Support distributor transitions and ERP system changes while ensuring continuity in reporting.
• Convert complex data sets into executive-level presentations and insight decks for senior leadership.
• Foster a data-driven culture within the division.
• Attend key distributor meetings with division sales leaders to comprehend and address business challenges.
• Perform additional related tasks as needed.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights.
• Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry is required.
• Proficient understanding of Power BI and data modeling concepts.
• Ability to guide report development and interpret DAX-based analyses.
• Experience in reading, interpreting, and deriving insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data.
• Commercial experience collaborating with various sales levels, from executive to field, to extract insights for specific audiences.
• Strong business acumen and the capability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Proven initiative, flexibility, teamwork, composure under pressure, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work remotely, with a preference for candidates located in the West US.
