This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and embedded Business Intelligence support for the designated division.
• Engage in daily communication and collaborate closely with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads regarding sales performance, execution against plans, and outcomes.
• Provide insights focused on execution and thought leadership to sales management.
• Oversee opportunity analysis, including the identification of targeted accounts and subsets, distribution gap assessments, evaluation of display effectiveness, and key/BTG account opportunities.
• Articulate the market-level consequences of Strategic Account programming, along with distribution successes and failures.
• Create market-specific tools and provide real-time data support and training for field teams.
• Offer timely ad-hoc analytics support and conduct in-depth division-level analyses for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales presentations.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the broader BI team on Power BI reporting, tool creation, and solution-oriented strategies.
• Assist in planning, program monitoring and ROI assessment, launch/reset execution, and conducting Top-to-Top meetings with distributors and retailers.
• Identify opportunities to enhance analytics processes and tools in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence.
• Aid in distributor transitions and ERP system updates while ensuring continuity of reporting.
• Convert complex data sets into executive-level presentations and insight reports for senior management.
• Foster a data-driven culture within the division.
• Attend key distributor meetings alongside division sales leaders to comprehend and tackle business challenges.
• Undertake additional related duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights.
• Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry is required.
• Proficiency in Power BI and familiarity with data modeling concepts.
• Capability to guide report development and interpret DAX-based analyses.
• Experience in reading, interpreting, and deriving insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data.
• Commercial experience collaborating with various sales levels, from executive to field, to extract insights for the targeted audience.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
