This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and dedicated Business Intelligence support for the designated division.
• Maintain regular communication and closely collaborate with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads regarding sales, performance-to-plan, and outcomes.
• Provide execution-oriented insights and thought leadership to sales management.
• Highlight sales and program outcomes, risks, and opportunities to foster discussions and actions aimed at achieving performance-to-plan.
• Conduct opportunity analysis, including targeted account and subset identification, distribution gap analysis, display execution and effectiveness, and key/BTG account opportunities.
• Identify and relay market-level impacts of Strategic Account programming, distribution successes, and failures.
• Create market-specific tools and provide real-time support and training for field teams using data in selling scenarios.
• Offer responsive ad-hoc analytics support and in-depth analysis at the division level for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales presentations.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the broader BI team on Power BI reporting, tool development, and solution-oriented strategies.
• Assist in planning, program monitoring, ROI assessment, launch/reset execution, and distributor and retail Top-to-Top meetings.
• Identify areas for enhancing analytics processes and tools in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence.
• Facilitate distributor transitions and ERP system modifications while ensuring consistency in reporting.
• Convert complex data sets into succinct executive-level presentations and insight decks.
• Promote a data-driven culture within the division.
• Attend key distributor meetings alongside division sales leaders to understand context and tackle business challenges.
• Perform additional related duties as needed.
• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights is required.
• Experience in the alcohol beverage industry is essential.
• Proficiency in Power BI and data modeling principles is needed.
• Ability to guide report development and interpret DAX-based analyses.
• Experience in reading, interpreting, and extracting insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data.
• Commercial experience in collaborating with various sales levels, from executives to field staff, to generate insights for specific audiences.
• Strong business acumen is crucial.
• Capability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Experience in presenting to senior leadership is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Must demonstrate initiative, adaptability, teamwork, maturity under pressure, and problem-solving skills.
