This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary liaison and integrated Business Intelligence support for the designated division.
• Engage in daily communication and collaboration with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads.
• Provide execution-oriented insights and thought leadership regarding sales, performance-to-plan, and results.
• Highlight sales and program outcomes, risks, and opportunities to the sales leadership team.
• Lead opportunity analysis, encompassing targeted account identification, distribution gap analysis, display execution and effectiveness, as well as key/BTG account opportunities.
• Relay market-level implications of Strategic Account programming, including distribution successes and setbacks.
• Create market-specific tools and offer real-time support and training for field teams.
• Deliver responsive ad-hoc analytics support and in-depth analyses for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales calls.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the wider BI team on Power BI reporting, tool development, and solution-driven approaches.
• Assist with planning, program tracking and ROI, launch/reset execution, and distributor and retail Top-to-Top meetings.
• Identify areas for enhancement in analytics processes and tools in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence.
• Support distributor transitions and ERP system modifications while ensuring continuity in reporting.
• Convert complex data sets into executive-level presentations and insight decks for senior leadership.
• Foster a data-driven culture within the division.
• Attend key distributor meetings with division sales leaders to comprehend and tackle business challenges.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights.
• Experience in the alcohol beverage industry is essential.
• Proficient understanding of Power BI and data modeling concepts.
• Ability to oversee report development and interpret DAX-based analyses.
• Experience in reading, interpreting, and deriving insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data.
• Commercial experience collaborating with various sales levels, from executives to field personnel, to extract insights for the intended audience.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
