This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and integrated Business Intelligence support for the designated division.
• Maintain consistent communication and collaboration with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads.
• Provide insights focused on execution and offer thought leadership regarding sales, performance against plans, and outcomes.
• Highlight sales and program results, potential risks, and opportunities to sales leadership.
• Conduct opportunity analysis, including identifying targeted accounts, analyzing distribution gaps, assessing display execution and effectiveness, and exploring key/BTG account opportunities.
• Communicate the market-level effects of Strategic Account programming, distribution wins, and losses.
• Create market-specific tools and deliver training along with real-time support for field teams.
• Offer responsive ad-hoc analytical support and conduct division-level in-depth analyses for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales calls.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the broader BI team on Power BI reporting, tool development, and solution-oriented strategies.
• Assist with planning, program tracking, ROI assessments, launch/reset execution, and distributor and retail Top-to-Top meetings.
• Identify opportunities to enhance analytics processes and tools in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence.
• Support distributor transitions and ERP system modifications, ensuring continuity in reporting.
• Transform complex data sets into executive-level presentations and insight decks.
• Promote a data-driven culture within the division.
• Accompany division sales leaders at key distributor meetings to comprehend and tackle business challenges.
• Undertake additional related duties as necessary.
• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights is required.
• Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry is essential.
• Proficient understanding of Power BI and data modeling concepts is necessary.
• Ability to guide the development of reports and interpret DAX-based analyses is required.
• Experience in reading, interpreting, and deriving insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data is essential.
• Commercial experience collaborating with various sales levels, from executive to field, to derive insights tailored for the target audience.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership is essential.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
