Commercial Analyst, III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning, monitoring, and execution of commercial projects.

• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure alignment on requirements and adherence to deadlines.

• Develop and oversee schedules, tracking controls, and management reports.

• Track project KPIs and outcomes, identifying areas for enhancement.

• Aid in the rollout of commercial campaigns and initiatives, ensuring effective execution.

• Coordinate meetings, document agreements, and follow up on the execution of agreed actions.

• Contribute to the standardization of processes and the ongoing improvement of the team's practices.

• Offer support for the operational and strategic needs of the team, guaranteeing the quality of deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or similar fields.

• Experience in commercial operations, customer service, or partner relationship management.

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong skills in organization and task tracking.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Preferred experience with commercial campaigns, marketing, or lead-generation projects.

• Experience in the education sector is an advantage.

• Background in managing campaigns, monitoring suppliers, and collaborating with Marketing and Technology teams.
