Commercial Account Manager – AGM Market Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Report to the Director of APAC – Asia Growth Markets

• Collaborate with specified install-base locations to implement MRgFUS programs and related business activities

• Enhance patient throughput and attain financial profitability

• Achieve annual treatment and revenue targets, including purchases of services and disposables/kits

• Align CAM initiatives with regional partners and carry out market account development strategies

• Manage communications related to site account issues as the primary point of contact

• Formulate growth strategies focused on Essential Tremor and Parkinson’s Disease

• Propel CAM enhancement initiatives and continuous improvement within Asia Growth Markets

• Develop action plans to boost patient throughput and treatment figures

• Grasp site workflows and implement strategies for optimal patient care and resource utilization

• Provide support for market access initiatives

• Create educational programs and organize regular site meetings on focused ultrasound

• Work alongside the Application Team to enhance the skills of treating clinicians

• Act as a central resource for partners and site clients

• Analyze account workflows and suggest improvements for the patient journey

• Cultivate relationships with neurologists, neurosurgeons, radiologists, medtechs, nurses, and patient coordinators

• Ensure accurate reporting from partners in weekly updates, treatment forecasts, and install-base status

• Assist in the skill development of clinicians to meet masterclass standards and establish KOL resources

• Provide recommendations for ongoing enhancements in patient care and treatment results

• Support the overall strategic growth pathway and acceleration towards standard care practices

• Immerse in customer environments to understand hospital operations, patient flow, and financial frameworks

• Collaborate with application, service, distributor, sales, marketing, and reimbursement teams


⛳️ Requirements

• A scientific degree (BA, MA) is advantageous

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development/account management within the medical device sector – Mandatory

• Experience in the Movement Disorder field is a plus

• Strong critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and creativity in delivering customer solutions

• Ability to work independently

• Proficient in Salesforce and capable of extracting data from SFDC to create insightful reports

• Ability to influence and advocate for program success at the customer level

• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders to articulate the vision, unify towards a common objective, and build execution support

• Proficient in English – both spoken and written

• Additional Asian language proficiency is a plus

• Significant travel required, approximately 60% of work time, to customer locations, trade shows, both nationally and internationally
