Commercial ABL Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide due diligence services, which encompass audit engagements, portfolio assessments, and acquisition due diligence.

• Execute on-site or remote engagements as contracted by banks or lenders for clients seeking credit lines ranging from under one million dollars to as much as one billion dollars.

• Conduct audits concentrating on company collateral, primarily focusing on accounts receivable and inventory.

• Grasp intricate concepts and information related to collateral audits.

• Enter examination findings into Excel templates.

• Generate detailed written reports for lenders that outline results and identify findings or exceptions.

• Engage professionally with clients through phone calls and meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

• 2-4 years of experience in ABL is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong analytical abilities and a willingness to acquire new knowledge.

• Naturally curious about topics related to transactions.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capacity to adhere to strict deadlines.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel and Word, or other data extraction tools.

• Ability to spend extended periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Must be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally.

• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

• Must be able to travel to the United States for an initial training period of at least 90 days.

• This position is based in the United Kingdom.
