This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Provide due diligence services encompassing audit engagements, portfolio assessments, and acquisition due diligence for a diverse array of clients.

• Execute on-site or remote assignments as requested by a bank or lender for clients requiring credit lines from under one million dollars up to one billion dollars.

• Conduct audits that focus on company collateral, primarily accounts receivable and inventory, by comprehending intricate concepts or data.

• Log examination results into Excel templates.

• Create detailed written reports for lenders that outline results and highlight findings or exceptions.

• Engage professionally with clients through calls and meetings.

• Collaborate closely with clients, including prominent money-center banks and non-bank lenders from across the nation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.

• 2-4 years of experience in ABL is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong analytical abilities with a readiness to learn new concepts.

• A natural curiosity about all aspects related to transactions.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Capability to adhere to strict deadlines.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel and Word, or other data extraction software.

• Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
