Collision Manager – Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Acquire expertise in Gerber Collision & Glass processes and understand the responsibilities associated with each position in the WOW Process.

• Ensure the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed consistently.

• Complete CSR Role Based Certification and carry out CSR duties for several weeks.

• Complete Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and fulfill Parts Coordinator responsibilities for several weeks.

• Complete Estimator Role Based Certification and undertake Estimator duties for several months.

• Successfully achieve role-based competencies for each position within the shop.

• Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate an understanding of the WOW Operating Way.

• Aim to WOW every customer and excel in collision and glass services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.

• A background in college or military service is preferred.

• Preferred candidates will have automotive technical education training.

• Completion of courses focused on repair procedures is desired.

• Must successfully fulfill the RBC (role-based competencies) for each position in the shop.

• Must familiarize oneself with Gerber Collision & Glass processes and the responsibilities of every position in the WOW Process.
