Collision Manager – In Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Gerber Collision & Glass' operations and the responsibilities associated with each role in the WOW Process.

• Ensure the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed consistently.

• Complete the CSR Role Based Certification and effectively fulfill CSR responsibilities for several weeks.

• Obtain the Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and competently perform Parts Coordinator tasks for several weeks.

• Achieve the Estimator Role Based Certification and successfully undertake Estimator duties for several months.

• Complete role-specific competencies for every position within the shop.

• Finish the GM Onboarding program and exhibit understanding of the WOW Operating Way.

• Deliver exceptional service to every customer and aim for excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma/GED is mandatory.

• A background in college or military service is preferred.

• Automotive technical education or training is preferred.

• Completion of courses focused on repair procedures is advantageous.

• Must successfully complete the RBC (role based competencies) for each position in the shop.

• Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way.
