College Intern – Digital Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Engage in a compensated 10-week summer internship, starting from the first Monday in June to the second Friday in August, with a commitment of up to 40 hours per week.

• Analyze business metrics across various digital platforms and assets.

• Predict trends in digital engagement.

• Compare engagement metrics with industry benchmarks.

• Conduct research on technology within the healthcare sector.

• Assess how market trends affect satisfaction with digital resources.

• Identify customer demographics for digital adoption and engagement objectives.

• Evaluate digital adopters based on device usage, age group, product category, and brand.

• Collaborate with a mentor and assist in key strategic initiatives.

• Fulfill assignments aligned with business requirements, departmental priorities, and individual qualifications.

• Undertake both technical and non-technical business-related projects.

• Prepare and present a project at the conclusion of the internship.

• Uphold the mission, values, and Corporate Code of Conduct of the Lifetime Healthcare Companies.

• Ensure member privacy and confidentiality are maintained.

• Carry out additional tasks as directed by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in a full-time degree program.

• High School diploma with proof of ongoing college enrollment is required.

• Must be in good academic standing.

• Preferred majors or degree programs include Business & Management, Mathematics & Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.

• Experience with Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel for data analysis is preferred but not mandatory.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences and staff at all levels.

• Capacity to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Strong teamwork skills are required.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities.

• A proactive, creative, and adaptable approach to assigned responsibilities.

• A commitment to continuous improvement is necessary.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within intra- and inter-departmental teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

• Experience using a desktop computer in a professional setting is expected.

• Ability to sit and/or stand at a workstation while using a computer, keyboard, mouse, and/or phone for three or more hours consecutively.

• Willingness to travel across the Health Plan service region for meetings and/or training as required.

• Regular and dependable attendance is mandatory.

• Must maintain confidentiality and safeguard member privacy.
