This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collect overdue B2B accounts for Cadex clients to enhance revenue.
• Utilize phone, email, and postal letters for payment requests, problem-solving, dispute resolution, settlement negotiations, and various collection techniques.
• Achieve or surpass collection, revenue, productivity, and activity objectives.
• Deliver precise and professional customer and client service and communication.
• Update the proprietary collection system with details of interactions, contacts, and necessary codes.
• Adhere to client-specific account management instructions, treatment plans, procedures, skip tracing, and quality assurance standards.
• Interact with clients to address questions, provide answers, and discuss specific files or claims.
• Ensure confidentiality and maintain organized electronic files.
• Evaluate claims and propose settlements and payment plans to clients.
• Identify areas for process improvement and work collaboratively on implementation.
• Promote communication and collaboration across different countries and cultures.
• Assist with operational projects and serve as a backup for Operational Departments.
• Support new employees and colleagues through training and assistance with inquiries.
• Respond to customer and client correspondence in a professional manner.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in collections, B2B collections, or an accounts receivable role.
• Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to make payment requests and negotiate effectively on behalf of the company and clients.
• Proficiency in responding professionally to confrontational or evasive conversations and defusing emotional situations.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Fundamental telephone and calculator skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in additional languages may be necessary based on location, client, department, or project requirements.
• Collectors may need to be licensed in various states; Cadex will facilitate the application for and acquisition of necessary licenses.
• Monthly performance bonuses ranging from $350 to $700 or a 4% commission, with no cap on the 4% commission for all fees collected.
• Day shift from Monday to Friday; no night or weekend shifts.
