Collections Operations Manager, Russian Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily collections workflows within the CRM and ERP systems, managing statuses, triggers, automated sequences, communication templates, and task assignments.

• Implement collections strategies by segmenting overdue accounts, establishing contact schedules, defining escalation procedures, and setting rules for settlements and payment plans.

• Identify process deficiencies and suggest enhancements, providing clear specifications to the development team for evaluation and prioritization.

• Perform routine assessments of overdue accounts, focusing on recovery priorities, and communicate progress to upper management.

• Work in conjunction with Customer Support and Operations teams to minimize obstacles in payment and recovery procedures.

• Refer cases to third-party agencies or law enforcement when asset recovery or conflict resolution necessitates external intervention.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2C collections, support, operations, or a related area.

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position.

• Proficient in operating a CRM or ERP, including the management of statuses, workflows, and task assignments.

• Familiar with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar technologies.

• Fluent in English at a C1 proficiency level.

• Must be available to work during business hours in US Eastern Time (ET).

• Proficiency in Russian is a plus but not mandatory.
