Collections Operations Manager, Russian Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily collections workflows within the CRM and ERP systems, managing statuses, triggers, automated sequences, communication templates, and task assignments.

• Implement the collections strategy, focusing on overdue-account segmentation, contact frequency, escalation procedures, settlement options, and payment-plan guidelines.

• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements, clearly communicating requirements to the development team for assessment and prioritization.

• Regularly evaluate overdue portfolios, prioritize recovery actions, and provide updates to senior management on progress.

• Work alongside Customer Support and Operations to minimize friction in payment and recovery processes.

• Refer cases to third-party agencies or law enforcement when asset recovery or dispute resolution necessitates such action.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2C collections, support, operations, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position.

• Proficient in navigating a CRM or ERP, including managing statuses, workflows, and task assignments.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar applications.

• Fluent in English at a C1 proficiency level.

• Knowledge of Russian is a plus but not mandatory.

• Must be available to work during US Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
