Collections Operations Manager, Russian Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily collections operations within the CRM and ERP systems, including managing statuses, triggers, automated sequences, communication templates, and task assignments.

• Implement the collections strategy, which encompasses overdue-account categorization, contact schedules, escalation procedures, settlement guidelines, and payment plan regulations.

• Identify process deficiencies and propose improvement suggestions while conveying clear requirements to the development team for assessment and prioritization.

• Perform regular assessments of overdue portfolios, focus recovery efforts, and provide updates to senior management on progress.

• Work in conjunction with Customer Support and Operations to enhance the payment and recovery process.

• Refer cases to third-party agencies or law enforcement when asset recovery or dispute resolution necessitates intervention.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2C collections, support, operations, or a related area.

• At least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.

• Proficient in using a CRM or ERP, including the management of statuses, workflows, and task assignments.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar applications.

• Fluent in English at a C1 proficiency level.

• Must be available to work during US Eastern Time (ET) business hours.

• Proficiency in Russian is a plus, but not mandatory.
