Collections Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls using the dialer to reach delinquent customers for negotiating payment plans and financial settlements.

• Address digital customer service inquiries as necessary.

• Accurately document all negotiation details in the company’s system with clarity and objectivity.

• Dispatch payment slips and the necessary documents to resolve customers’ outstanding financial obligations.

• Assess customers’ financial circumstances and suggest practical solutions for debt repayment.

• Adopt a proactive approach to credit recovery by identifying solutions that fulfill the needs of both the company and the customer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in debt collection and proficiency with dialers.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Background in both inbound and outbound customer service.

• High school diploma is required.
