Collections Account Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Make and receive both inbound and outbound customer phone calls.

• Understand customers’ situations and assess their financial capabilities.

• Discuss available options and create feasible payment plans.

• Document conversations accurately.

• Adhere to consumer-protection regulations relevant to the role.

• Remain on camera throughout the entire shift.

• Undergo four weeks of comprehensive paid training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the Jacksonville area.

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Ability to engage in clear and confident conversations with individuals.

• Comfortable with basic mathematical concepts, primarily percentages.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection is necessary.

• Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.

• Must be on camera for the full duration of the shift.

• Availability for training Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

• Availability for work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM post-training, plus one evening shift weekly (12 PM to 9 PM).
