Collaborating Family Medicine Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Provide clinical direction and assistance to a Virtual Nurse Practitioner based in Georgia.

• Conduct monthly individual check-ins.

• Review medical records as mandated by state regulations and company policies.

• Ensure adherence to evidence-based clinical guidelines and telemedicine protocols.

• Participate in case reviews, clinical audits, and initiatives aimed at quality improvement.

• Ensure that clinical activities align with state and federal telemedicine regulations.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience is necessary.

• Prior experience in a supervisory or collaborative capacity is preferred.

• Familiarity with telemedicine and remote patient monitoring tools is essential.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills are required.

• Strong problem-solving skills are a must.

• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is essential.
