📋 Description

• Oversee the establishment of a new company

• Outline the company’s strategy and vision

• Formulate the go-to-market strategy and operational framework

• Assemble the team

• Secure funding

• Expand the company’s operations

• Transform the concept from a validated idea into a large-scale production leader

• Create a comprehensive software platform that assists infrastructure owners and operators in understanding asset conditions, predicting failure risks, prioritizing maintenance, planning capital projects, and enhancing resilience across intricate physical systems

• Manage the entire company with assistance from Interplay’s institutional back-office

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in founding a company

• Possess a positive attitude and readiness to engage in hands-on work

• Willingness to tackle challenges head-on without hesitation

• Passion for problem-solving and achieving success

• Relevant industry experience is essential

• Proven experience in building, selling, or operating software, data, analytics, digital twin, asset-management, or industrial technology platforms for utilities, infrastructure, energy, industrial, or other asset-heavy sectors

• Ability to establish immediate credibility with infrastructure operators, utility executives, engineering leaders, public-sector buyers, systems integrators, and strategic clients

• Familiarity with infrastructure workflows and technologies such as asset-performance management, predictive analytics, GIS, SCADA, CMMS/EAM, ERP integrations, IoT, or simulation

• Proven track record in securing institutional or venture capital

• Previous leadership in a successfully exited VC-backed company is highly preferred

• Exceptional organizational skills

• Capability to thrive in an unstructured environment

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an MBA is an advantage

• At least 5 years of professional experience
