Coding Specialist, Fluent in Russian – Freelance AI Trainer Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Engage with language models on software engineering assignments and technical situations in Russian.

• Ensure the logical soundness and programming proficiency.

• Evaluate the fluency and accuracy of Russian language application.

• Document reproducible error traces and outline model failure modes.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and assessment metrics.

• Assist in training next-generation AI models using high-quality coding and Russian-language datasets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Russian.

• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, software architecture, front-end and back-end development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.

• Familiarity with asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging of distributed systems.

• A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred.

• Practical coding experience, technical writing in Russian, or contributions to open-source projects indicate a good fit.

• Clear metacognitive communication skills and the ability to demonstrate your thought process.

• The geographic location may influence the final compensation offer.
