Java Coding Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage advanced language models in topics such as asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging of distributed systems.

• Interact with the model on software engineering assignments and technical scenarios utilizing Java.

• Ensure logical correctness and coding proficiency.

• Evaluate code quality and clarity.

• Document reproducible error traces.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Record every failure mode to aid in strengthening model reasoning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient coding skills in Java.

• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.

• Fluency in Java is a must.

• Capability to work with asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging of distributed systems.

• A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field is preferred.

• Practical Java experience, technical writing, or contributions to open-source projects indicate a good fit.

• Clear and metacognitive communication—demonstrating your thought process—is crucial.
