This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality coding prompts and reference solutions that align with industry standards such as SWE-Bench and Terminal-Bench.

• Create prompts centered around code refactoring, code generation, and problem-solving scenarios.

• Assess model outputs to detect errors, limitations, and patterns of failure in reasoning, correctness, and execution.

• Design and uphold coding environments utilized for evaluation and reinforcement learning processes.

• Conduct coding-specific validation checks employing established criteria and tools.

• Document findings, evaluation outcomes, and insights to aid in model enhancement and training strategies.

• Carry out comprehensive code reviews and provide annotations for accuracy and compliance.

• Work with Python and front-end technologies, with potential experience in Java.

• Perform repetitive tasks with precision while upholding high standards of quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance code quality and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in Python and front-end languages such as JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Experience with Java is advantageous.

• Proven experience in code review and quality assurance processes.

• Ability to manage repetitive tasks with great attention to detail.

• Over 3 years of professional experience in a related field.

• Excellent proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline is required.
