This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise all elements of the COBRA client and member experience
• Oversee benefit elections, payments, and reporting for COBRA, FMLA, retirees, and LOA participants
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls from clients, members, and third-party partners
• Coordinate email and fax communications
• High school diploma or equivalent GED
• One year of experience in COBRA, FMLA, LOA, and retiree administration or coordination
• Familiarity with various Federal, State, and Company leave programs
• Knowledge of administrative system processes, including premium administration, eligibility, claims, billing, commissions, and reporting
• Customer service experience in a professional environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational abilities for multitasking
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
• Preferred: PowerStepp proficiency
• Preferred: Experience with JD Edwards
• Preferred: Comprehensive understanding of COBRA laws, HIPAA portability, and eligibility regulations
• Preferred: Knowledge of Social Security and Medicare legislation
