This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee every aspect of the COBRA client and member experience.
• Manage benefit selections, payments, and reporting for COBRA, FMLA, retirees, and LOA participants.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls from clients, members, and third-party affiliates.
• Oversee email and fax communications.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in COBRA, FMLA, LOA, and retiree administration/coordination.
• Familiarity with various types of Federal, State, and Company leave programs.
• Understanding of administrative system processes, including premium administration, eligibility, claims, billing, commissions, reporting, and premium administration.
• Customer service experience in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities that support multitasking.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred: Experience with PowerStepp.
• Preferred: Familiarity with JD Edwards.
• Preferred: Comprehensive knowledge of COBRA laws, HIPAA portability, and eligibility regulations.
