Coating, Painting & Construction Chemicals Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement sales strategies for HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP products.

• Establish and nurture customer relationships within the coating, painting, putty, ceramic tile adhesive, and mortar sectors.

• Discover new business prospects and enhance revenue growth.

• Analyze competitors like Lotte Fine Chemical and Ashland Cellulose Ether.

• Keep abreast of industry developments.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with broader business goals.

• Oversee sales operations in Brazil.

• Assist in business development, client relationship management, and market growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of sales experience in coating, painting, and construction chemicals.

• Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and distributors in Brazil.

• Comprehensive knowledge of HEC, MHEC, HPMC, RDP, and their applications.

• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and business development abilities.

• Proficiency in English (Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous).

• Willingness to travel as necessary to achieve business goals.

• Candidates must not be affiliated with a third-party staffing agency.
