This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Enable individuals to set realistic and measurable goals while tracking their progress and encouraging sustainable behavioral changes.
β’ Provide platform-based behavioral health care and wellness coaching for youth and young adults aged 13β25.
β’ Conduct prevention, wellness promotion, and psychoeducation through organized coaching sessions.
β’ Assist with smooth transitions to Care Coordinators and support case management efforts.
β’ Offer interventions focused on behavioral health and wellness coaching.
β’ Create personalized care plans, establish goal-setting strategies, and develop action plans for positive behavioral transformation.
β’ Perform risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
β’ Address factors that contribute to positive mental health.
β’ Aid users in recognizing problem areas, barriers, and actionable wellness steps.
β’ Provide drop-in and single-chat wellness coaching services.
β’ Facilitate goal-setting based on the immediate needs of individuals.
β’ Conduct mental health and wellness screenings along with progress monitoring.
β’ Identify users who are experiencing or at risk of social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
β’ Support users in crisis situations and facilitate necessary referrals.
β’ Moderate journals, goals, and user-submitted content in compliance with policy and standards.
β’ Conduct risk assessments through written content and promote safe engagement.
β’ Comply with safeguarding, data protection, legal, and internal policy requirements.
β’ Communicate effectively with users and external providers to ensure smooth transitions in care.
β’ Participate in clinical supervision, mandatory in-house training, professional development, team meetings, and performance evaluations.
β’ Keep accurate and timely records.
β’ Support operational processes to ensure consistent service delivery.
β’ Collaborate with professionals regarding safeguarding and care issues.
β’ Maintain applicable certification or licensure.
β’ Pathway A: Must possess a current, valid Peer Support Specialist certification in California or nationally.
β’ Pathway A: Minimum educational requirement: GED/High School diploma.
β’ Pathway A: Must have competency or experience in peer support, strengths-based engagement, and providing emotional/behavioral support.
β’ Pathway A: Must permanently reside within the 48 contiguous United States.
β’ Pathway A: Preferred experience includes crisis support services or related volunteer work.
β’ Pathway B: Education or relevant experience that aligns with behavioral health/wellness coaching competencies.
β’ Pathway B: Must demonstrate the ability to provide structured and single-session coaching.
β’ Pathway B: Must permanently reside within the 48 contiguous United States.
β’ Pathway B: Preferred experience in youth mental health, care coordination, or digital behavioral health settings.
β’ Pathway C: Must hold a current, valid SUD Counselor certification in California.
β’ Pathway C: Minimum educational requirement: GED/High School diploma.
β’ Pathway C: Demonstrated experience in supporting individuals with substance use-related behavioral changes.
β’ Pathway C: Must permanently reside within the 48 contiguous United States.
β’ Pathway C: Preferred experience in crisis support.
β’ Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
β’ Position contingent upon a successful enhanced DBS check as part of recruitment procedures.
