Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Provide individualized support to Life MBA students, assisting them in overcoming obstacles and achieving their personal and professional aspirations.

• Support around 60 students throughout the course duration.

• Conduct 6 personalized coaching sessions each day through video conferencing.

• Maintain metrics and log video sessions daily for analysis and constructive feedback.

• Engage actively in daily and weekly check-ins, as well as one-on-one meetings.

• Collaborate with the Team Leader and fellow Seeker Coaches to enhance coaching experiences, processes, and scripts.

• Offer ideas and insights to foster innovation and enhance student support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in conducting one-on-one coaching sessions.

• Strong emotional intelligence and active listening abilities.

• Capability to help define objectives and navigate challenges.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Demonstrated autonomy, accountability, and receptiveness to feedback.

• Proficiency in Portuguese.

• Familiarity with digital tools.

• Availability to work from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
