Cluster Operations & Maintenance Performance Specialist – Visayas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Supervise daily maintenance, repair, and operational functions for commercial properties in North Luzon.

• Design and implement preventive maintenance programs aimed at enhancing building performance.

• Organize emergency repairs while minimizing disruption to ongoing building operations.

• Monitor and evaluate facility performance metrics to pinpoint opportunities for improvement.

• Ensure all properties adhere to local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

• Conduct routine safety inspections and execute necessary corrective measures.

• Maintain compliance with environmental regulations and promote sustainability initiatives.

• Oversee contractor safety protocols and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

• Foster client satisfaction through proactive communication and effective service delivery.

• Collaborate with property management teams to address tenant issues and requests.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local contractors, vendors, and service providers.

• Deliver regular performance reports to senior management and clients.

• Monitor the performance of building systems and implement strategies for enhanced efficiency.

• Analyze maintenance expenditures and formulate budget-conscious operational strategies.

• Propel continuous improvement initiatives throughout the North Luzon property portfolio.

• Support sustainability and energy efficiency programs.

• Lead and coordinate maintenance teams and contractors across various properties.

• Provide technical direction and training to maintenance personnel.

• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities and compliance records.

• Ensure that buildings and facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Relevant experience or qualifications in commercial real estate, skilled trades, technology, facility maintenance, or similar fields (applicants who do not meet all criteria are still encouraged to apply).

• Familiarity with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

• Understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives.

• Capability to oversee contractor safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Proficient in monitoring and analyzing facility performance metrics.
