This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +2 more states.
• Assist with the local and regional launches of TASKI innovations, including machines, robotics, vacuums, accessories, spare parts, and service propositions.
• Develop and customize launch materials while ensuring launch readiness coordination.
• Facilitate customer events, distributor meetings, trade fairs, and internal launch initiatives.
• Manage TASKI range overviews, catalogues, product guides, webshop, and e-catalogue content.
• Aid in portfolio updates, SKU modifications, product migrations, lifecycle communications, and product replacement suggestions.
• Supply sales teams, key account managers, distributors, and channel partners with product information, training materials, sales tools, and customer support.
• Assist with tenders, product comparisons, machine configurations, competitor analysis, and internal portfolio training.
• Support pricing strategies for machines, spare parts, accessories, and innovations.
• Oversee SKU extensions, CMI requests, price adjustments, master data updates, and issue resolution across SAP, webshop, InRiver, DAM, and related platforms.
• Customize and create local marketing materials, campaign flyers, web banners, LinkedIn content, showroom materials, QR codes, distributor assets, and customer presentations.
• Aid in website, webshop, InRiver, DAM, and local digital campaign updates, including translations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between EU South sales teams and global TASKI functions.
• Collaborate with product management, marketing, service, supply chain, procurement, pricing, master data, and customer service to ensure effective execution and eliminate growth barriers.
• Travel up to 20% for customer visits, distributor meetings, trade shows, internal meetings, and regional launch events.
• Proven experience in product marketing, portfolio management, commercial support, sales enablement, product management, or channel support.
• Capability to coordinate launches, campaigns, product information, and sales tools effectively.
• Solid understanding of B2B sales, pricing strategies, promotions, and customer-facing documentation.
• Experience collaborating across sales, marketing, supply chain, service, pricing, master data, and product teams.
• Ability to convert technical product information into clear commercial messages.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent in English is required.
• Proficiency in Italian, Spanish, and/or Portuguese is preferred.
• Background in professional cleaning machines, floorcare, robotics, B2B equipment, tools, or technical products is preferred.
• Experience supporting sales teams, distributors, key accounts, tenders, or channel partners is preferred.
• Familiarity with working in a regional or global matrix organization is preferred.
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and commercially focused.
• Structured, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communicator and proactive in problem-solving.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities across countries, systems, and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
