This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from market discovery and strategy to launch, commercialization, and continual optimization.
• Create solutions for AI infrastructure networking, observability, orchestration, and operational intelligence.
• Develop products that enable IaaS and PaaS providers to provision, manage, optimize, and monetize GPU infrastructure on a large scale.
• Identify customer pain points across deployment architectures, networking environments, operational workflows, and multi-tenant cloud ecosystems.
• Collaborate with key customers to validate concepts and convert field insights into scalable product offerings.
• Work alongside Engineering and Architecture teams to design cloud-native, Kubernetes-based, and AI-ready infrastructure solutions.
• Formulate business cases, ROI frameworks, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
• Create executive-level narratives, product positioning, launch materials, and competitive differentiation strategies.
• Act as a thought leader and advocate for cloud data center innovation, AI networking, and infrastructure operations.
• Impact products that drive modern cloud ecosystems and influence the future of networking, observability, and AI operations.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management or a related technical leadership position within cloud infrastructure platforms, AI/ML systems, developer platforms, B2B SaaS solutions, cloud networking, GPU cloud infrastructure, or data center technologies.
• Strong comprehension of distributed systems, cloud networking, and challenges associated with AI scalability.
• Practical knowledge of networking, orchestration, virtualization, infrastructure provisioning, and cloud-native platforms.
• In-depth familiarity with Kubernetes, including CNIs, Pods and Namespaces, multi-tenant isolation, service meshes, ingress/egress networking, network policies, and protocols.
• Understanding of AI traffic patterns related to training, inference, agentic systems, and large-scale workloads.
• Proven track record of launching and commercializing products in Agile settings.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation abilities.
• Preferred: experience with AI/ML platforms, developer tools, orchestration technologies, or GPU cloud environments.
• Preferred: experience in modernizing legacy products and transitioning solutions to cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of BGP, VXLAN, VPCs, load balancers, InfiniBand, RoCE, RDMA, L4/L7 traffic management, network observability, and east-west data center architectures.
• Experience collaborating with networking, observability, infrastructure, or security vendors that serve cloud data center customers.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
