This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure the seamless operation of cloud-based systems by collaborating with network administrators.

• Establish administrator and service accounts.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud infrastructure and tenant inventory.

• Optimize system performance.

• Install organization-wide software and manage mass storage allocation.

• Address large-scale events that involve the instantiation of virtual resources like VMs and storage.

• Resolve critical software and system failures.

• Suggest, lead, and execute technical solutions aimed at automation, efficiency, and scalability.

• Create and enhance tools, reports, and processes to oversee the health of the cloud environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with at least 4 years of pertinent professional experience, or an Associate's degree (AS/AA) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience, or a High School diploma/GED with at least 8 years of applicable professional experience.

• IAT-2 certification is mandatory.

• One or more cloud certifications are required.

• An active Secret clearance is necessary.
