CLM Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain essential technical components for Oracle CLM, which includes system extensions, custom integrations, reports, and automated workflows.

• Create and sustain seamless, real-time data interfaces between Oracle CLM and both upstream and downstream enterprise systems.

• Tailor contract templates, automate clause library regulations, and oversee document generation frameworks utilizing BI Publisher and Oracle Analytics.

• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot intricate PL/SQL packages, custom workflow builder rules, and API-driven integrations.

• Strategize and implement data migration, mapping, and conversion efforts to securely transition legacy contract and procurement records into Oracle CLM.

• Conduct unit testing, manage end-to-end defect resolution, and compose clear, reproducible technical documentation for custom components.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of Oracle CLM/Fusion technical experience; strong PL/SQL and integration skills are essential.

• Develop and maintain technical components for Oracle CLM, including extensions, integrations, reports, and workflows.

• Create and sustain interfaces between Oracle CLM and upstream/downstream systems.

• Customize contract templates, clause libraries, and document generation processes (BI Publisher/Oracle Analytics).

• Write and troubleshoot PL/SQL, workflow builder rules, and API integrations.

• Assist in data migration and conversion activities.

• Conduct unit testing, defect resolution, and technical documentation tasks.
