This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Monitor Johnny Chang's extended streams and pinpoint 8 to 12 moments suitable for clips in each session.

• Provide the identified moments along with their timestamps and relevant topic tags.

• Evaluate each edited clip prior to its release.

• Approve high-quality edits and return others with constructive, detailed feedback.

• Analyze clip performance metrics such as reach, hooks, watch-through rates, and hit rates via the dashboard.

• Utilize performance insights to enhance future clip selections.

• Ensure the review queue is efficient, preventing strong clips from experiencing delays.

• Submit tagged moments within 72 hours following each stream.

• Complete every edit review within 48 hours.

• Choose and articulate one notable clip-worthy moment from a Johnny Chang livestream as part of your application.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in real-time short-form content as an editor, social manager, or clipper for a creator with a significant following.

• Samples of selected moments that garnered engagement, including account names, posts, and performance statistics.

• Capability to articulate why certain TikTok content was effective.

• Familiarity with Frame.io and ClickUp platforms.

• Consistent daily availability aligning with Pacific Time.

• Ability to present proof of previous work; applications lacking this documentation will not be considered.

• Skill in providing direct and specific feedback to editors.

• Openness to incorporating performance data and adjusting future selections accordingly.

• Willingness to view approximately 8 hours of long-form content weekly.

• The role emphasizes selection and review rather than editing.

• Provide 3 to 5 examples of selected clips that achieved success.

• Include a Loom video no longer than 3 minutes.
