Clinical Trials Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Offer administrative and project tracking assistance to the clinical project team.

• Ensure that assigned project tasks with Project Delivery services are executed promptly and accurately.

• Organize and monitor system access for project team members.

• Maintain and conduct quality audits of project portal documents to guarantee that current revisions are accessible.

• Support the preparation and distribution of clinical trial documentation, including the Investigator Site File.

• Oversee versioning and quality control of project documentation and submit it to the trial master file.

• Monitor and maintain project-related information, including the site medical question and answer log.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in the language of the host country.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks while exercising independent judgment.

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on the quality of work.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.

• At least one year of experience in a related position.

• Skill sets and demonstrated performance equivalent to the above requirements.
