This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee the entire process of investigator engagement, from identification and qualification to enrollment, database lock support, and study closeout.
• Act as a scientific ambassador for clinical trials, communicating the intent of the protocol, scientific rationale, and patient eligibility criteria.
• Build strategic relationships with investigators spanning various trials and therapeutic areas.
• Develop customized recruitment strategies and identify avenues to attract new patients and expedite enrollment.
• Gather site insights to enhance feasibility, protocol design, and the execution of studies.
• Lead strategic planning and risk assessment at the site level for enrollment and data delivery.
• Utilize performance metrics to foresee potential issues and ensure progress towards clinical milestones.
• Ensure sites are prepared for inspections.
• Collaborate with functions and vendor partners to address operational challenges.
• Assist in country/site selection and protocol localization by leveraging knowledge of local treatment paradigms and standard care practices.
• Provide oversight for vendor monitoring and quality assurance.
• When applicable, manage the complete process of Post-Marketing Safety Studies.
• Foster a portfolio of strategically aligned investigators.
• Ensure an outstanding experience for investigators as a scientific collaborator.
• Conduct data-driven site prospecting and prioritization.
• Serve as a liaison among field teams, vendors, and investigators.
• Collaborate with field team colleagues to enhance enrollment outcomes and strengthen investigator relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a strong preference for candidates in scientific, clinical, or health-related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience in clinical research or the pharmaceutical industry, with direct interaction or collaboration with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and clinical sites.
• Willingness to travel up to 60-80% during peak periods (travel frequency may vary).
• Experience in Neurodegenerative diseases/Alzheimer's is advantageous.
