Clinical Trial Independent Rater – French Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Engage in all necessary orientation, training, and calibration sessions.

• Analyze case data and prepare for rater discussions, ensuring all pertinent documents and scale items are readily available.

• Facilitate live interactions with raters to offer feedback and guidance on assessment methodologies and scoring protocols.

• Complete designated tasks and rater interactions within the established timeline.

• Accurately submit all required documentation within set deadlines.

• Assess the quality of evaluations and verify adherence to standardized assessment practices.

• Assist in enhancing rater performance through functional assessments, including mock interviews.

• Provide support with communication materials and documentation as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work (or equivalent qualification).

• At least 3 years of experience in administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and/or structured clinical interviews, particularly MINI and MADRS.

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working with psychiatric populations.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in administering scales during clinical research trials, excluding graduate/doctoral research.

• Proficiency in English.

• Native-level fluency in French.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, time management capabilities, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience in CNS trials is preferred.

• MD, DO, or PhD is preferred.
